Section 5 — Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

Bonus and Wagering Terms
Section 6 — Welcome Bonus
vip99's welcome bonus offer is as follows:
- 100% match bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 in bonus — total balance will be ৳32,000.
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
Section 7 — Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), applied to the bonus amount only:
Calculation example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings (৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000). The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus.
- A specific time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirement — if not fulfilled within the time stated in the offer details, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Not all bets placed with bonus funds will count toward wagering — restrictions may apply to certain games.
- No bonus can be transferred to another person.
Section 8 — VIP Program
vip99's VIP program has three tiers. Eligibility to move to a higher tier is determined by the user's gaming activity:
